4-6 years: 300m run / 600m cycle / 1 length swim in teaching pool
7 years: 750m run / 1.5k cycle / 25m swim
8-9 years: 750m run / 1.5k cycle / 50m swim
10-12 years: 1.5k run / 3k cycle / 100m swim

HOW TO ENTER
ENTRY FEES Before 9th Feb: Online entries open 1st November 2023
- Individual child (covers all 5 events) $25 OR
- Family of 3 or more (covers all 5 events) $75
- MTC Club members Free (only if you pre-register by 10th Feb)
ENTRY FEES After 9th Feb: If you missed the first online entry cutoff on 10th Feb, you can still enter on the day at the venue for the remaining weeks. (The flat fee covers ALL remaining races in the series)
- Individual child $30 OR
- Family of 3 or more $90
We must receive full payment and a signed Parent’s/Legal Guardian’s consent form waiver to complete your registration. Please note that filling in and submitting an online entry form for the series is equivalent to signing the consent form waiver to complete your registration. Once you have submitted the form you do not have to do anything else (apart from paying the entry fee for non-members)

CANCELLATIONS
If the weather conditions are doubtful on event day, please check our Palmy-I-Trid-the-Tri-Series-Facebook page and listen to the cancellation service on radio More FM from 3:00 pm.
EVENT RULES - MUST READ!
- All Participants and Parents/Legal Guardians MUST read the event rules and regulations, then sign the consent form waiver before registering for the event.
- Course marshals MUST be obeyed at all times.
- An approved and correctly fitting helmet MUST be worn during the cycle leg. The helmet must be fastened before mounting the bike and should not be unfastened until dismounting the bike.
- Road bikes and mountain bikes are permitted. E-bikes are not unless the battery has been removed.
- Shoes need to be worn on the run and cycle legs.
- T-shirts, rash vest, togs or tri suit covering the torso need to be worn during the run and cycle legs of the race.
- Participants not complying with event rules will be subject to disqualification.
- Participants will complete the race once they have touched the end of the swimming pool, following the swim leg.
- Only participants are allowed in the transition area once racing starts, with the exception of the under 5 assisted race.
- I understand the changing nature of Covid 19 management requirements and agree to comply with any restriction put in place by organizers for this event to go ahead if possible.
