Kapa Haka group performance for Matariki

1. What time and how long do they want the tamariki to perform for the event? I am confirming with Hendrik (the organiser of the bus tour) about the time - he did say there would be a morning tea available and that the Kapa Haka students were more than welcome to have kai with the bus tour participants.
2. Will the whole school be invited to this event or just kapa haka roopu? It is just for the Kapa Haka group as the hall has a maximum number allowed. We have our Matariki Celebration on the next evening that all students are invited to attend.
3. What other events or items do they have planned for this hui? I have only been asked about our Kapa Haka group performing and the opportunity for students to potentially share some of their Matariki artwork or any projects they may have done based around Matariki. I think we are one of a couple of stops they will be making on the day.
I will keep you posted once I know more about the timings of the day.
